Who I Am - My journey to get to Beyond

I am the Founder of Beyond Our Image, A Calgary based Culture Change enterprise that uses stories to move people together, create stronger communities and foster empathy in the workplace.  I have 15 years of teaching experience with a Bachelor of Education degree – teaching in the U.K., Tanzania, and Canada. I am also a professional photographer of 10+ years. Through traveling, teaching, and being part of the 2SLGBTQI+ community I experienced the importance of creating a place of belonging for everyone. Beyond Our Image creates visual campaigns and facilitates storytelling workshops to foster communities where every person matters, and feels seen, heard, and important.
